30-day money-back guarantee

FreightSpace is offered by Hawkins Capital LLC with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If FreightSpace is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge.

Free trial

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken. If you continue past the trial, the 30-day money-back window starts on the date of the first paid charge.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Contact us through the support channel in the app and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

Once approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings inside the app, or through the customer portal linked there. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
